Red Roof Inn Morton Grove, Morton Grove

The hotel had spacious and nice rooms, unfortunately not handicap accessible due to a broken door handle, but overall a good stay experience. The service was friendly, disregarding a small incident of loudly verbalizing my room number. The location was in a fairly safe neighborhood, albeit a bit busy, with convenient access to Chicago and other attractions. The dining offered some decent options, though a bit monotonous. The facilities were satisfactory, with one washer and one dryer for the whole property.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very nice and clean, but unfortunately, there was an odd smell that lingered, despite efforts to freshen it up. The service was not very friendly, with a lack of flexibility in handling issues.
